This website is operated by Aroidica. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aroidica. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Products & Availability

Aroidica specializes in live plants, including Anthurium, Alocasia, and other tropical aroids. All plants are living items and may vary in appearance. Listings reflect the plant at the time of sale; minor changes due to growth, acclimation, or shipping stress are normal and expected.

Inventory is limited and subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit quantities of any product at any time.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be received in full prior to shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms.

Shipping of Live Plants

By purchasing live plants, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with shipping living items.

Shipping dates are communicated at the time of purchase.
Carrier delays and weather-related disruptions are outside of our control.
Insulation and heat packs are provided when appropriate, though extreme temperatures may still affect live plants.

Unboxing & Condition Upon Arrival

To protect both our customers and Aroidica, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video from the moment the shipping box is opened. Unboxing videos are often required to support carrier claims and allow us to accurately assess any shipping-related concerns.

If your plant arrives with significant damage or in poor condition, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and include:

clear photos of the plant
the potting medium
the shipping box and label
an unboxing video showing the plant being removed from the sealed box

Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may be limited in resolution.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of live plants, returns are not accepted.

All sales are final once shipped. Concerns related to transit damage are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, leaf blemishes, or natural acclimation stress are not considered grounds for refunds or replacements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and branding, is the property of Aroidica and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Aroidica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Aroidica operates.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
